BOYD’S “TIME IS FLYING” AIRPLANE SECOND BIRTHDAY

We can’t believe another year has flown by! Boyd’s airplane themed birthday party was the cutest way to celebrate turning two!! Boyd loves airplanes and his parents were in awe that he was already turning two!! So a “time is flying” airplane birthday ended up being the perfect theme to celebrate Boyd’s special day! For his airplane birthday invitations, we found lots of creative ways to incorporate Boyd’s beloved airplanes into the design. On the front of the invitation, there was a monogrammed airplane. The backside of the invitation included a fun pattern made out of airplanes. There was even an airplane on the envelope liner!! For colors, we used a sweet but boyish color scheme. We included different shades of blue alongside a kelly green. To give his invitation some Southern flair, we included seersucker on both the invitation and envelope liner. The finished product was too cute! In addition to Boyd’s invitations, we helped his mom with some swag items for his party including shatterproof cups and favor tags. She even used our invitation as inspiration for his birthday cake design. We love how everything turned out, and can’t think of a sweeter way to celebrate Boyd’s birthday!!!
