HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION PARTY

For Caroline’s high school graduation party we wanted to do something fun and out of the box so all the teenagers thought it was “cool!” For those of you who are not aware, there is a huge music festival outside of Nashville every summer that attracts people from all over the country called Bonnaroo. So we teamed up with the planning team from The Social Office, and decided on a Bonnaroo themed graduation party. We would call it Gradaroo! Caroline recently graduated from The Ensworth School in Nashville and is off to Princeton next year! Lucky for us, the school colors are very similar! We began by designing a Gradaroo logo to coincide with the logo from the festival! The logo really helped brand the entire event, and we printed it on napkins, ice cream cups, tiny wooden ice cream spoons, and even a custom made donut wall by Kristen Winston Catering! There was a La Croix bar (since no one was 21) with custom bar signage and straws with the high school mascot, and even custom cookies to coordinate! Of course we packaged them up with matching favor tags! Vroom Vroom Balloon was brought in to create the most magnificent balloon arch over the pool area. They even hand lettered our logo onto the balloons! It was such a fabulous photo backrop and brightened up even the pool and poolhouse area with Ensworth and Princeton’s bright signature orange! The graduate’s grandparents hosted the celebration and their home amongst the rolling hills of Tennessee is just full of southern grandeuer! The event was designed and coordinated by Dori Waller of The Social Office and the peony flower arrangements, which were breathtaking we might add, were by The Tulip Tree! As guests departed, they wrote out “pawsitive” thoughts on cards we designed to coordinate, and gave advice for Caroline on her journey! There is no more exciting time in a teenager’s life than being on the cusp of heading off to college, so congrats to Caroline and her fellow graduates! Good luck at Princeton!
