GREY AND ROSE GOLD CHICAGO WEDDING

 Nicole and Matthew’s grey and rose gold Chicago wedding was one of those out of the box weddings that we LOVE working on! The couple came to us wanting something very chic, with metallics incorporated, and a velvet wedding invitation. We had never done a velvet wedding invitation, but we knew we were up to the challenge! After our initial consultation and going through some swatches, Nicole and her mother chose a gorgeous dark slate grey that we thought the rose gold foil would show up on wonderfully. And boy did it! The invitations are even more stunning in person! This grey and rose gold Chicago wedding was held at Revel Fulton Market which is such a fabulous venue that offers a great blank slate for brides and their planners. Another design aspect we incorporated into the paper suite for Nicole and Matthew was a watermark of florals on different items. The florals and the diamond shaped insert cards into the ensemble were breathtaking! The wedding reception was filled with mod acrylic accents paired with metallics, candlelight, and mirrors.  As much as we love a traditional wedding, there is just something about this grey and rose gold Chicago wedding that is SO chic!
